After graduating from Redlands School in 2024 with an IB score of 44/45, I am now a Tuckwell Scholar at ANU studying Laws (Honours) and International Relations. In the IB I achieved 7's for English Literature SL, Maths AI HL, Chemistry SL, Geography HL and Economics HL as well as A's in both Theory of Knowledge and my Extended Essay in Geography.
From my experience in the IB I know that within one subject there is a diverse range of topics however exam questions often test the same concepts under the cover of a different scenario. Therefore, in my tutoring I believe the best method is giving students the skills to understand the underlying concepts behind exam questions, so they can be applied to similar problems in real exam situations.
As a public speaker and debater, as well as a debating coach, my communication skills and ability to clearly demonstrate my point are key in giving concise and easy to follow tutoring lessons without avoiding difficult content.
