I hold an Honours degree in Mathematics from the National University of Singapore, graduating with the highest distinction in my cohort. Since then, I've spent several years teaching and tutoring, lecturing engineering mathematics at a polytechnic, working as a university teaching assistant, and now tutoring privately across Secondary, Pre-University (SACE and International Baccalaureate), and Undergraduate level. My teaching style is built around genuine understanding rather than memorisation. I create tailored materials for every student rather than relying on generic worksheets, and I focus on helping students see the "why" behind a method, not just the steps. Many of my students have come to me having lost confidence in maths, and one of the things I take the most pride in is helping them rebuild that confidence alongside their grades.
