Heather has worked as a high school maths teacher in the Illawarra for over 10 years, teaching Year 7-10 Mathematics and Year 11-12 Mathematics Standard, Advanced, and Extension 1.
She provides tutoring for high school, TAFE, and homeschooling students.
Heather's teaching philosophy is based on all students achieving their personal best in a positive and supportive environment. She works with students to build a deeper understanding and master foundational concepts before building on this knowledge. Heather understands that all students have different learning styles and different goals, and she is able to customise her teaching to suit the learner.
