Hello! My name is Ryan Nguyen and I am an ex-QASMT student who achieved a total IB score of 38. I am currently studying an undergrad degree for Psychology (Honours) at the University of Queensland. For tutoring, I will be focusing on QASMT high and middle school students (7-12) as that is my skillset and a lot of knowledge comes my experiences with the International Baccalaureate. I am proficient in English, having done English HL and I achieved a high level score for the 2024 November Exams. This includes both literary and non-literary forms of analysis and I can teach your child how to succeed in IB English. In addition, I can also do Biology HL, Chemistry SL, Economics HL, Math AI SL, German SL as these were all subjects I similarly scored high in. Please let me know if your child needs any help with any of these! In addition, I can help with high school and middle school students' assessments and assignments. If they are in Grade 11 or 12, I can help your child with editing their Extended Essay or helping them understand Theory of Knowledge. For students who are looking at provisional entry for studying Medicine (particularly at UQ, Griffith, James Cook...), I can also help with the UCAT, the main exam assessed by universities. I achieved a 95% Percentile Score, which means I achieved top 5%, with a 3080 and can help your child with what they need to do for the UCAT, processing, completing and answering questions quickly and general skills alongside mentored practice. UCAT is an intensive skill based exam and I can help them with strategies to do what's required proficiently in the time limit.
