Hello I’m Justin, a university student at UNSW studying Mechatronics Engineering and Computer Science who recently graduated in 2024. Admittedly I have not always had the best grades in school, while I consistently achieved above average scores, they were a far shot from the 98.6 ATAR which I ended up with. However through constant hard work and some help from tutoring I managed to consistently climb the ranks from year 7-12 managing to achieve the third highest ATAR in my school. Eventually as I climbed towards the top ranks, I found myself peer tutoring other students in my year and working at help desks for younger students. It is through this experience, that I believe, regardless of your current marks, I will be able to make enough of an improvement to make your final result one that you can feel proud of. ✏️ 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞: I believe that tutoring should be a supplementary service, meant to support and guide students through the school syllabus rather than replace it. Hence rather than a rigid teaching style (like large tutoring businesses), I tailor my approach to each student, whether that be more structured lessons, QnA style lessons, or help on school homework / assignments. Furthermore, I offer homework and marking/feedback resources to hone your skills outside of tutoring, as practice is the backbone to learning. Additionally, I offer online help outside of tutoring hours, along with flexible extra classes if needed, afterall, it is my goal to help students achieve success.
