Hi everyone, my name is Oscar, and I am a second-year medical student studying at Bond University. With the academic year already on its way, I would like to provide online tutoring services regarding:

I graduated from Moreton Bay Boys’ College in 2022, receiving the Dux award and an Atar of 99.70. After being unsure if I wanted to pursue a medical or engineering career, I took a gap year to consider my options. In this gap year I really harnessed my tutoring skills as I tutored a range of students from year 7-12 focusing on both academic improvement and catering.
My approach:
When a student first learns about content I focus on their fundamental understanding. As we get closer to the exam, I will then change to more time pressured study to refine their academic ability. This is all part of my teaching approach where I feel each student has their own strengths and weaknesses which can be refined and improved. So together, we can develop a personalised plan, using strategies developed from my own Atar success. Furthermore, I can provide MMI prep to any students wanting to go down the medical path. This interview process is quite unique but after passing it through effective study, I developed strategies to succeed in it.
