Based in Surry Hills, I am a university student in my honours year of a B in Environmental Management. I have tutored all levels from Kindergarten to Year 12 students in English and Mathematics for the past 5 years, since leaving school myself. I offer tutoring services for English and Mathematics, at all levels and can aid in any similar subjects to my own. I find that in-person lessons are the best environment for learning which is why I do not offer online lessons. In Year 12, I studied Advanced Mathematics, Earth and Environmental Science, Business Studies, Studies of Religion 2 unit and Standard English achieving an ATAR of 93.20
I’m passionate about the power of knowledge and supporting students on their learning journey. I understand that everyone starts from a different place, but with time, guidance, and hard work, I believe every student can achieve their goals. Students of mine have been able to drastically change the trajectory of their learning, going from 32% to achieving 85% in Maths over one term. In my lessons, I aim to simplify complex topics, build confidence and improve exam technique, with each lesson tailored to individual needs.
