I am an outgoing and compassionate individual who strives to support primary and secondary students in areas where they may need extra guidance — particularly those such as social studies, global politics, English literature, comprehension, reading, and essay-writing. Having studied IB HL Global Politics in Years 11 - 12 and currently in my fourth year of International Relations and Public Policy studies at the ANU (with a 6+ GPA), I have nearly 6 years of academic experience in this dynamic field.
As my discipline requires me to produce as many as 20-25 essays per year, I have nailed how to tackle and respond to a wide range of questions in an effective manner, allowing me to score Distinctions and High Distinctions across all of my assessments. While essay-writing is an essential skill that is used from secondary school and beyond, it is unfortunately an area which many students struggle with. With my support, I can assure your child will better be able to grapple the grammatical, structural and contextual foundations of essays to produce compelling and well-written work.
As a former IBDP graduate who also did MYP program in Years 9 - 10, I fully understand the challenges of navigating complex subject areas, and the stresses of competing in academically rigorous environments.
