My name is Jaime Gonzalo and I am a native Spaniard from Madrid, Spain. I am currently studying a master's in Marine Biology at UWA in Perth. I completed my Spanish Bachillerato in 2020 with an average mark of 8.53/10, with Spanish Language and literature being one of my best subjects at an average mark of 9/10. I am looking for a tutoring job because I am highly passionate about languages (I also speak French fluently) and I believe the experience in teaching would be invaluable in my career. Furthermore, the flexibility offered by a tutoring job would allow me to dedicate myself to it while at the same time giving my studies the focus they deserve. My methodology focuses on communicating with my students to figure out what works best for each individual. I believe one of the most valuable ways to learn Spanish is through reading and speaking practice but am prepared to be flexible and add or remove methods according to what works best. Ideally I would aim for 1-2h lessons, the frequency is up to what the student needs and I am highly flexible in my timetable as I am currently studying myself. I have little experience as a tutor but I can make up for that in dedication and motivation. and II am prepared to give my all to tutoring if given the chance!
