I’m Adithya Ramaswamy and I’m a current student in the University of Sydney’s Double Degree Medicine Program. 🔵 Yr 7-10 These years are crucial in developing the foundational knowledge for success in the final years of high school. My aim is to ensure students gain confidence and a deep understanding of the concepts taught in these years. I will tailor lessons to individuals needs and ensure the process of learning is enjoyable. This is an important goal of mine because it is a precursor for success in their future. My teaching methodology⬇ - Teach concepts comprehensively by breaking them down into easily absorbable chunks - Practice plenty of questions and we will go through them thoroughly to build further understanding and identify knowledge gaps to improve on - When comfortable, I will try to extend the students’ knowledge to set them up for the future years 🔵MMI I have received multiple medicine offers in Australia and the UK and, through this journey, I have developed a robust, procedural methodology in preparing for these high stake interviews. I have a lot of experience in different MMI styles (e.g. role play stations) and will use this knowledge to develop the student's ability to respond eloquently and genuinely to any given scenario or prompt. Ultimately, the interviewer’s aim is to identify the interviewee’s qualities and fit in the university’s medical program. So, my tutoring sessions will also focus on helping the student understand and develop the knowledge and attitudes about medicine that will deem them as a favourable candidate. My teaching methodology⬇ - Help the student understand the different interview topics/ scenarios and what is expected of them by interviewers - I will aid the student in developing their personalised structure to respond to different topics/ scenarios - Most importantly, the student will have plenty of practice responding to practice MMI stations and will receive clear, constructive feedback on their performance. ⭐Additional full mock MMI interview sessions can also be carried out. ⭐ 🔵 Rates MMI: $100/hr (1-on-1) Yr 7-10: $70/hr (1-on-1) Rates are negotiable and based on demand.
