Hello! My name is Luke and I graduated from St Ignatius College, Riverview with an ATAR of 99.20. I offer tutoring for Year 11 and HSC Mathematics, up to Extension 2, Economics, English, Chemistry and Religion alongside Year 7-10 Religion, Mathematics, English, Science and Humanities Subjects.
Tutoring is available online as well as in-person in certain areas. My availability is quite flexible so I am happy to accomodate for your schedule.
Throughout my time at St Ignatius College, I loved Mathematics and Science subjects. I enjoyed learning the logic, critical thinking and problem-solving involved in mathematics and different concepts in Chemistry.
I chose to become a tutor because I want to help other students learn Mathematics, English, Chemistry and Economics by understanding the underlying principles and logic and growing their critical thinking skills rather than just regurgitating information. This allows for all my students to actually enjoy and get more out of their weekly lessons as well as build up their own confidence and equip them with the skills and experience to tackle tricky questions.
