I have a Masters of Teaching and specialise in English tutoring, particularly creative writing and essay writing. I trained as a teacher after many years working as a journalist, writing several best-selling children’s books and producing some of Australia’s most popular, award-winning podcasts. I continue to work as a professional writer and producer, but love using my teaching expertise to help high school students excel in English. I can also help with debating and public speaking (I have trained as an adjudicator with the NSW Department of Education). I offer online tutoring for students in all locations, as well as home visits in the Northern Rivers region of NSW for an additional fee.
