I'm Rebecca and I recently graduated from James Ruse in 2024. As daunting as it sounds, in my junior years, my grades were never as on par as everyone else in my cohort. I dreaded every feedback session after our exam blocks, never daring to disclose my marks to anyone. However, through my constant experimentation of different study methods, from going through textbooks and countless past papers to individual-catered online study help, I battled through the COVID pandemic and managed to build a strong foundation in my core subjects. Fast track into my senior years, despite the increasing stress and anxiety that came with a more drilled in sense of competition, I believe the solid foundation I had constructed for myself previously had helped me to achieve the most optimum results in my senior years. ✏️ 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞: If you feel like you're not making a success story, or if it's becoming a real struggle, don't fret! With my planned out lessons and very responsive replies to any questions you may have, I assure you'll be carving out the happy ending of your success story in no time! 😉 As someone who has taken several years and made many mistakes along the way, I believe the best way to improve as quick as possible is 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒎𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒓. Though at first doing these questions may seem mentally excruciating (don't worry I've gone through the struggle 😅), but I guarantee you, when it comes to the actual exam you'll be feeling 𝒎𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒓 since you've prepared as much as you could. Also, I highly encourage my students to 𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀. As someone who always pestered my teachers and tutors day and night, even if it was a tiny query or just a clarification, I believe it's all part of the learning journey. Often times, a small question that I asked a few days before the exam would come up.
