I’d love to make your VCE journey the best it can be! 🌟 Hi! I’m Jen and I would love to help you through your academic journey! With the pressures of school, I understand how challenging learning can be. When your teachers keep changing from year to year, it can be hard to adapt and find the right learning strategies for you. This often leads to struggles with studying and coping with stress. This is where I come in – I was a student leader of Wellbeing for 2+ years at my high school, so I’m experienced in developing ways to make school life less mentally draining. I really care about how my students feel about their learning! Sessions with me will focus on finding the fun in your subject, rather than being held against your will to study (as many students feel when they are required to take VCE English). When you truly enjoy your subjects, you will actively seek to learn. During my VCE, I took the unconventional subject split of taking art along with maths methods, and sciences – leading me to develop some crazy study schedules. When I wasn’t painting my metre wide ocean landscape, I was filling out practice sacs in the car and falling asleep dreaming about cellular respiration. I’m currently taking a year off to pursue the arts before entering Engineering at Monash University! Since I love maths, physics, biology, English and art, this was my way of finding a balance. But as a plus – with my variety of interests you’ll be able to talk to me about anything! I look forward to guiding you through the amazing subjects I offer!
