My teaching philosophy involves creating a positive learning environment, simplifying theoretical concepts, and inspiring students for life-long learning. I am a diligent, self-motivated, and honest person, with a passion for making a positive contribution to society at large. My subject knowledge, teaching skills, and commitment to the teaching profession make me a good teacher, mentor, and facilitator. I adapt my teaching methodology to the course-content and individual student's learning requirements. I have received Distinguished Teaching Awards for my exemplary teaching practice at university level. I have worked for 13 years as a Teaching Assistant (Economics) at two prestigious universities in Australia. I have 12 Years experience as a High School Teacher (Economics). I am an Associate Fellow with Advance HE and observe the scholarship of teaching and learning. I am currently working as a Sessional Academic at a renowned university in Australia.
