Hi!, my name is Wajeeh and I am recent graduate from Normanhurst Boys High School (NSW Rank #4 selective school) currently going on to study Medicine at UNSW and I am offering specialised one on one online tutoring for years 7 - 12 in Maths, English and Science with a specialisation in English. MY TEACHING METHODOLOGY I believe that the core to understanding English is not as simple as reading prescribed texts and learning a couple of quotes to use in essay questions. The student must be able to analytically respond to questions and understand why authors make the choices they do, in an attempt to demonstrate a holistic understanding and really bring out that ‘wow’ factor within a response to score maximum marks. My personalized study plans, modeled around the student's prescribed unit of study, will ensure success in the school exams and creative and analytical writing, in general. I provide regular guidance throughout the week via email and google docs to ensure our time during the weekly sessions is used optimally.
