Concord West: Year 9-12 Maths Tutoring & HSC General Maths Achieved a 96.35 ATAR & Band 6 in Mathematics Hi there. My name's Jai and I have been tutoring for 2+ years. I graduated from University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Commerce and am currently studying a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning. I graduated from Homebush Boys High School in 2018 and scores of: - Band 6 in Mathematics (92) - Band 6 in Business Studies (92) - Band 6 in Music (96) - Band 5 in Economics (89) - Band 5 in English Advanced (89) My main aim as a tutor is to make sure my students 𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗗 the concepts and 𝗙𝗘𝗘𝗟 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘 with the content rather than rote learning or memorising the answers. I encourage my students to 𝗔𝗦𝗞 𝗤𝗨𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 and ensure they understand one concept before moving onto the next. I am very 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱, 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 and am also 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆. I understand that every student is different and hence I try my best to 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲𝘀. I understand how difficult school can be, especially if your teachers are unable to provide the kind of support and teaching style you require.
