I received a Bachelor of Science in University College Dublin in 2012. Over the course of the following two year, I studied a Master of Education receiving a first class honour. In Ireland, I worked on a full time basis before moving to Australia. I have been working in Australia for the last two years teaching Science, Biology, Food tech and Maths. I am an ambitious and student focused teaching professional who is motivated by providing a well-balanced, supportive & engaging learning environment for all students. Six years full time experience integrating, planning & reflecting on my teaching of the science and maths curriculum. Successful track record integrating Agricultural science lessons that involve demonstrations, problem solving & hands on experiments in a safe and appropriate manner. Highly motivated & hard-working professional with an excellent command of my subject areas. A strong interpersonal communicator, I have the ability to engage effectively with both colleagues & students while blending competencies adapting an unbiased, caring and genuine environment. I have cultivated planning, critical thinking & organizational skills which allow me to prioritize workflow. IT proficient (MS & Google Suite), I am a reflective practitioner who constantly takes note, evaluates his work and assesses my teaching methodologies as I consolidate my many skills, specialist training and successes in honing best practice at the coalface. Also, I recently completed a certificate in a First Aid Course & in Gaelic football coaching.
