Rates: Yr7-8 $75/hr, Yr9-10 $90/hr, Y11-12 $100/hr. As a once-struggling high school student myself, I know how to turn grades around. I have first-hand experience in being unable to achieve my desired grades, to excelling at all my courses. I have even taken my past student, Ben, from failing every one of his high school maths exams to becoming top of his class in one semester. Another one of my students, Max, went from barely scoring 50% in his first Yr12 English exam to scoring over 90% in his next exam! He managed to finish in the top 5 of his class after the slow start! Grades can be easily fixed through hard work, correct methodology and a bit of mentoring! It all starts by knowing your goals, how you are going to get there, and how the HSC works. As such, not only do I offer my help in how I managed to improve my marks, but most importantly, I help students with their mindset. By shifting their mindset through various tips and tricks, all students of different backgrounds are able to smash their goals at both school and in life. Changing my approach to school helped me achieve both my academic goals and my personal goals - such as becoming school captain. My specialties are mostly in English as I find the skills I picked up through school are very much applicable to different courses as well, such as History, Economics, PDHPE and all the other written subjects. Teaching students the correct approach to writing is the key to acheiving success in school.
