In 2024, I achieved a 99.20 ATAR and a 3280 UCAT. I wasn't always performing in at a 99+ ATAR level. In year 11, I was performing in the bottom 20% of my cohort for almost all of my subjects, even coming dead last for legal studies. Going into year 12, I realised something needed to change. That's when I started to reflect on what I was doing wrong. I started becoming more conscious of my study habits, developing real study strategies and consulting with high performing friends about what worked for them. By building up those skills and habits, I was able to bring up my grades in a short amount of time WITHOUT having to sacrifice any of my other commitments.
