Hi there! My name is Julian 🌟 I graduated in 2023 with a 95.05 ATAR 📚result and have kept myself familiarised with the NSW Education System, since tutoring for over a year now. I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Design in Architecture 🏙️ and Masters of Architecture at Sydney University.
At St Augustine's College, I managed to achieve a Band 6 in English Advanced ✍️, Visual Arts 🖼️, and SOR1, along with an E4 in English Extension.
In conjunction with private tutoring, I volunteer for an ESL Learning Program, CANHELP, and work as a Swim Instructor 🏊♂️ at MABC Aquatic Centre. In these experiences, I’ve seen evidence for the outstanding benefit of individual-focused help, across these spaces. I have also realised that for most of my students, tutoring is not so much about learning content as it is improving confidence in a subject.
I would describe myself as an artistic person, with a brain for designing and composing, whether it be in my time at St Augustine's, my current studies, or personal aspirations - I like to navigate problems no matter their scale.
As of now, I am able to make time for students at Avalon, Mona Vale, Dee Why, or Warringah Mall local libraries, at $50/hr sessions.
