Hi there! I am currently in my fourth Honours year at the University of Sydney, where I am studying psychology. I have previously completed my 3-year undergraduate degree in a Bachelor of Psychology with a neuroscience minor. In high school, my favourite subjects were Advanced and Extension English, but I also quite enjoyed Advanced Maths in hindsight. These subjects were where my best marks were attained, particularly regarding essay and creative writing in both Advanced and Extension English. I completed the HSC in 2022 as a distinguished achiever with a 95 ATAR--Band 6 in English Advanced, English Extension, Maths Advanced and Japanese in Context. I have been a private tutor for a number of months now, and my teaching style is very much catered towards the student. I like to enquire what the individual needs help with, rather than having more of a rigid structure. Of course, I provide extra material when needed and asked, but I mainly like my students to prioritise school work and their marks in school, rather than adding on extra tutoring work that may take away from their regular tasks and assessments. Therefore, I provide help with any and all school assignments/assessments, as well as content learning, revision and exam prep.
