Hi, I'm Dominique!
I'm a second year university student currently studying Medicine at UWA. I graduated from high school in 2023 with an ATAR of 99.95, achieving Subject Exhibition: ATAR French Second Language, and Subject Certificate of Excellence: ATAR Chemistry, as well as a General Exhibition.
I studied ATAR French Second Language, Chemistry, Maths Methods, Maths Specialist, Japanese Second Language and Literature. I won the course awards (top of the cohort) at my school for French and Japanese for both year 11 and year 12, as well as for Methods in year 11 and Chemistry in year 12.
I accelerated French Second Language, completing the year 12 course while I was in year 11, and the year 11 course while in year 10. I won the subject prizes at my school for French ATAR for both year 11 and year 12 (top of the cohort). I also won the Alliance Française examinations for both year 11 and year 12 French, also winning the prize for best writing in the year 12 category. I achieved a score of 100 in the practical (oral) component of my French WACE and a score of 98.27 in the written examination of the WACE.
I have experience tutoring ATAR chemistry, ATAR and non ATAR (e.g. year 7) French, and non-ATAR maths. As a tutor, I can provide oral practice and feedback, teach grammar/concepts/content, and provide my many study tips and strategies that I used to achieve high marks throughout school.
I will come to tutor at your house, at a nearby library, or online! During semester, I can tutor on Saturdays, but I have a flexible schedule during university holidays! Please contact me if you have any questions or are interested!
