My name is Symren, I am a first year medical student at USYD and recently completed a Bachelor in Medical Science (majoring in Neuroscience) with a HD average. I graduated from A levels in the UK in 2022 (with an equivalent of a 99+ ATAR) doing Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and EPQ. I received all As and A*s for my IGCSEs (equivalent to Year 10/11) where I took the following subjects: - Malay - Mathematics - Additional Mathematics - English Language - English Literature - Economics - Geography - Business - Chemistry - Physics - Biology I have also taken the IELTS and SAT and have experience tutoring both. I have over 7 years of experience in tutoring in subjects including Biology, Business, Economics, Psychology, Chemistry and English which means I am able to adapt accordingly to my student's learning style. I like to make sure the student is interactive in lessons, so I like to discuss with the students where they feel they lack and how they feel they could be more confident. I will always encourage the students to give a shot at tackling the problem/question before I go through it with them in detail and explain how to approach the problem + similar ones in the future.
