Hi! I’m a VCE psychology teacher and past VCE accessor. I’ve been working as a psychology teacher in a high achieving independent girls’ school for the last nine years (currently on maternity leave). I have a thorough understanding of the VCE Psychology study design and end of year exam. With access to a range of textbooks, practice SACs, exams, activities and slides, I have the appropriate resources to help students hone their skills and build upon their knowledge. My experience allows me to astutely identify where and how to help students improve, whether it’s in their short answer responses, extended responses, data analysis, research evaluation or revision skills. In my teaching practise, I leverage my students’ strengths to help them build confidence and to improve. I firmly believe that providing effective feedback enables students to reach their potential. Having worked at a high achieving school, I have a keen understanding of what is required to achieve a study score above a 40 or 45.
