Caroline is an expert in her field, living and breathing texts and infusing her lessons with energy and enthusiasm. She drives her students to achieve their best, equipping them with strategies so that they can approach their practice pieces, assessments and exams with confidence and accuracy. Caroline is an excellent communicator, working closely with parents to ensure her students attain success. She utilises a variety of resources to support her students’ learning, collaborating on mind-maps and other online tools so that her students can demonstrate close understanding of their required concepts and skills. In her professional capacity, Caroline consistently avails herself of upskilling opportunities, participating in professional learning to ensure her pedagogy is informed and precise.
