Hey everyone! My name is Michael Missos, I was born and raised in Greece, where I attended school and was valedictorian in the class of 2017 with an average of 19.8/20 which is equal to 99%. I graduated from the University of Crete where I completed my Bachelor's in Mathematics. I moved to Australia as I am an Australian citizen and I am currently completing my postgraduate in Quantitative Data Science and Decision at the University of New South Wales. I have prior experience working with young students as a swim instructor in Greece and Australia, as well as, tutoring experience aiding students while I was an undergraduate student in Greece. Tutoring and mentoring has always been a passion of mine and my approach has always been that of a student oriented approach getting to know my students and their train of thought in order for me to understand what their specific needs are, so I can better aid them in their pursuit of knowledge. I have had some amazing tutors in the past with whom I have built long lasting friendships and relationships and I am forever grateful for their guidance and mentoring. I feel as if this is my turn now to mentor tutor and nurture the minds of the next generation.
