Hi. I’ve been teaching English for 14 years to students from years 7 to 12. I’m passionate about persuasive, expository and creative reading and writing. I have also worked for years as a literacy improvement leader and can support students in speech preparation and delivery. I’m very approachable and encouraging with my students. As a long time educator, it will come to no surprise that I care deeply about learning and seeing growth. I am conscious that learning works best when it is personalised and of interest to the student so I try my best to apply this philosophy in my practice.
