About

🚀 99.7 ATAR - Personalised Tutoring Tailored for Success! 🚀 Hello, I'm Liam, a dedicated Doctor of Dental Medicine student and experienced tutor. Through my own academic journey and by helping others with their academic goals, I have developed an understanding on the essential components of learning that allowed me to graduate with a 99.7 ATAR. I am offering specialised guidance to help your child excel in: 🔹 Maths and Science Yr7 - Yr10 🔹 ATAR Applications, Methods, Specialist, Chemistry, and Physics I am based in Melville and happy to travel to surrounding suburbs or offer online tutoring. Over the past 3 years, I have had the privilege of tutoring a wide range of students including students with: ASD, ADHD and dyslexia. My tutoring style has helped all of my students see an increase in not just marks, but also understanding and confidence. To each tutoring session I strive to bring a deep understanding and passion for teaching and learning that goes beyond what is often delivered in classrooms. I believe in teaching for understanding, not just grades. My approach focuses on building a strong foundation in each subject and fostering skills that will assist in future years. I don’t have rigid lesson plans and make sure to adapt each session to what will provide the most value and benefit. I have an abundance of past tests, exams, notes, worksheets and PowerPoints that I use to help explain the core curriculum competencies. In addition, I follow up every session with an email, that not only helps your child with the work we covered but also keeps you as the parent in the loop on how your child is progressing. Please feel free to message me to learn more about how I can support your child's academic journey and for availability. *Discounted rates for first session will apply and rates may vary based on year and location.*

Reviews

We have been very grateful for the tutoring Liam has provided to both of my sons over the past 2 years. Liam has helped with not only Maths and Science, but in helping my kids feel confident on each upcoming assessment well in advance. The difference we have seen has been very substantial and we are looking forward to continue tutoring with Liam next year.

As a parent of a Year 10 student, I highly recommend Liam as a tutor. Liam has been instrumental in helping our child grasp challenging concepts in both maths and science. His explanations are clear and tailored to our child's learning style, which has significantly boosted their confidence. Liam is patient, encouraging, and well-prepared with effective teaching materials. Liam's weekly emails are especially appreciated as it keeps us in the loop on the topics covered, progress made, and areas to focus on before next week.

Liam has been an exemplary student. It has been an absolute pleasure to have been his Mentor teacher. He has maintained a strong sense of responsibility and social justice and truly sets a good example for his younger peers. He has continually demonstrated an impressive level of application and determination towards his studies within the College. In this regard, he has distinguished himself by being awarded many prestigious awards at our annual Awards Nights, as well as numerous Certificates of Achievement throughout the year. CBC Fremantle wishes to congratulate Liam for being an active part of the college leadership team and for his outstanding level of commitment as House Captain. In this role, Liam initiated the House ‘Push up Challenge’ in which he motivated students, across many Mentor Groups, to achieve an impressive total of sixty-five thousand push ups.
