I’m Jack and I completed the International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma in 2023 at Newington College, receiving an IB score of 41.50 equating to an ATAR of 98.15. I was also a House Captain and Company Commander in the Newington College Cadet Unit. I am now a first year university student attending USYD completing a Bachelor of Laws/Commerce in the Dalyell Scholars program. I also received early entry offers at UTS (Law/Business) and Macquarie University (Clinical Sciences). I specialise in mentoring/tutoring for the following IB Subjects: - History SL - Band 7/7 || RANKED 1st in course - IA (24/24), Paper 1 (23/24) - Biology SL - Band 7/7 || - IA (20/24) - Economics HL - Band 6/7 - IA (38/45) I also offer tutoring for any students in Years 7-9 (Flexible rates depending on students needs). The IB is a rigorous and long road which requires students to be on top of their work and internal deadlines. I can be a mentor to guide students through this process, helping them to manage their time and workload while also making sure that they are succeeding in the assessments that really count. I can assist in developing more effective study techniques while also sharing my personal experiences which allowed me to succeed. While I specialise in History, Biology and Economics tutoring, I was a student who excelled in the Internal Assessments (IA) of the IB - achieving up to a perfect score (see credentials above and below). I understand exactly what the markers are looking for in each of the subject's IA's which will allow my students to receive the top marks. I will provide my existing students with exemplar Band 7 IA's while also giving additional feedback and marks on drafts with key areas to improve. I also offer this service as a one-off for $60.
