Hi! My name is Alison and I am currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Melbourne, entering my third year. I completed my VCE from Carey Baptist Grammar School in 2023, attaining an ATAR of 94.3, with studies in English, Mathematical Methods, Chemistry, Biology, Accounting and General/Further Mathematics. With over two years of tutoring experience (300+ hours), I have worked closely with students in consistent weekly one-on-one lessons, allowing me to closely track improvements and provide ongoing, structured support. While assisting students from Year 7 to Year 12, I have helped them build confidence, strengthen foundations and achieve substantial improvements in their academic results (particularly English, Accounting and Mathematics). My goal is not only improve grades, but also to help students feel confident, capable and supported throughout their learning journey. Alongside tutoring, I also coach tennis to younger students and teams, giving me two years of strong experience working with children of varying ages, abilities and learning needs.
