Any students from Sydney I will be conducting online classes, or face-to-face as I am currently located in Bondi. Hi, my name is Alex and I am currently a Senior Software Engineer. In my downtime, I enjoy reading, martial arts and teaching kids how to accomplish their academic goals. I believe having the skills to accomplish difficult tasks helps all individuals be the best version of themselves when facing any challenge, academic or otherwise. I embody a structured yet adaptive teaching style, helping kids to understand how they learn best and how to utilize problem solving skills for both the classroom and the real world. I like to make learning as fun and stress free as possible, via creating a comfortable and open environment to encourage kids to ask the difficult questions and learn what we can all be capable of. I have tutored for the last 8 years, helping students achieve their 90+ ATAR goals. I tutor primarily in all things Math, including Further, Methods and Specialist as well as the more junior years. I specialize in teaching years 7-10, with select spots open for VCE students, and my first class is always free to ensure that my teaching style compliments the students learning style.
