About

USYD Doctor of Medicine Student Hi, I'm Emily! I graduated from high school in 2017, in which I received the Dux of the School. I am currently a third-year medical student at the University of Sydney, and have been working as a tutor for over 3 years. During that time, I have helped students of different ages, backgrounds and learning styles to achieve their goals. I have also completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science from The University of Queensland. I completed high school in Queensland, however I have tutored students from NSW, VIC, ACT and WA throughout my time as a tutor, so am also familiar with and comfortable tutoring the curriculum for those states. I strongly believe that tutoring is about more than just helping with content or preparing for assessments, and is an opportunity to gain mentorship and seek advice for the future. I aim to make all my tutoring sessions engaging and really focus on the student from a holistic viewpoint. I subjects I tutor are Biology (Years 11-12) and Chemistry (11-12). I am currently only offering online sessions.
