About

Hi! My name is Hedy Xie and I am an adaptable and passionate tutor focused on providing the best mentor and academic support for my students. As a previous selective high school student, I am well-suited for selective high school teaching styles. During Year 12, I absolutely loved Chemistry and Maths (and still do), which gave me part of my motivation to study. I studied Chemistry (90), Math Ext1 (91), Maths Ext2 (88) and Physics (88) during the HSC. For students struggling to find motivation or passion in subjects, I hope to inspire them and show them how interesting learning can be as I found myself like that early in Year 12. I am currently studying for a Bachelor of Medical Science at the University of Sydney.
