Since it is the end of the year and interview season is rolling around, I am now also offering training for the medical interview. My name is Elizabeth, I've just finished Year 12 with an ATAR of 99.70 and I'd love to help you with English or French, since linguistic subjects are definitely my strong suit. I got a perfect 50 in French which landed me a Premier's Award and would be able to provide special help with writing (which is usually the most difficult to hone) to make sure you're able to produce pieces with the special trademarks that dazzle any examiner! I also scored Subject Dux for English, meaning I got the highest SAC scores of my cohort (which is generally very strong in English), and would again be able to help you refine your expression and present ideas with a clarity that will earn you the marks you want. I would focus on reviewing the student's own writing and picking out areas of improvement, as well as guiding them through rewriting processes so they know what to work on outside of lessons, and can continuously improve between sessions. I can also provide some of my own essays as examples for extra help! I'd love to work with you, and I'd want to hear from you/the student personally about how they're feeling about the subject, what's worrying them and what they want to target to make sure I'm helping in the best way possible and in a way tailored to the individual. Having just finished the Year 12 process myself, I understand that everyone learns differently and that in such a stressful time it's important to have someone who can help you and tutor you in a way that suits your own needs.
