I’ve developed a system that I started applying in year 8, allowing me to complete Methods in year 10 with a perfect study score of 50 and Premiers Award, alongside getting a study score of 46 in Specialists math in year 12(remarked due to VCAA exam mistake). The methodology I use involves * Building curiosity about the importance and application of certain topics in the bigger picture, forging connections to prior knowledge. * Once the fundamentals are understood, we work together and ascend through increasingly challenging questions. * Identify content and thinking gaps, tailoring questions to address the student’s unique weaknesses and ensure a holistic understanding. * Deepen understanding by exposing students to diverse applications through customized questions, building the capacity to attack the topic from any angle given to them in the exam—setting you apart. * Throughout this process, I will provide a tailored time management system and exam tips based on the student’s strengths and weaknesses, ultimately ensuring the student is equipped to face any challenge in the exam.
