Dishitha S.

Hi there! I’m Dishitha, a John Monash Science School graduate with a 98+ ATAR, currently studying data science at the University of Melbourne. With 2+ years of tutoring experience, I offer tutoring for Year 7–10 English, Maths, and Science, VCE English and Mathematical Methods, as well as selective school entrance preparation, including the JMSS entrance exam. Throughout my VCE experience, I've encountered various ups and downs. However, the crucial takeaway from this journey is the significance of identifying one's optimal learning style and incorporating that into their study routine. Therefore, I customise my teaching approach to match each student's preferred learning style and pace, ensuring that classes remain stimulating and interactive. WHAT I OFFER: - Range of practice exam resources - Model essays that can score a ‘superior’, the highest band on the selective entrance exam, so that your child can visualise what it takes to score as best as possible - Tailored lessons to each child’s pace and their preferred style of learning - Flexibility with class timings, accommodating last minute changes - Affordable pricing ($55ph) - 24/7 support over messages with any questions With the right type of support and guidance, I strongly believe that every child possesses the potential to achieve their aspirations. I am incredibly excited about being a part of your high school journey!
