Hello everyone! I’m David, an experienced tutor of 6 years (Graduated from The King’s School, scholarship student) with a 98.5+ ATAR looking for students that need help in Maths tutoring. I currently work as a speech pathologist full time but absolutely love teaching and this is my 6th year as a private tutor. As a tutor, I believe it is really important to nurture a deep level of understanding behind concepts, rather than wrote learning information. In my 6 of teaching I have come across a range of different students with different personalities, learning styles and habits. With my experience in teaching not only one to one but in a class setting, I believe I can provide a very tailored tutoring service for students in need. This means that if students need help with school work we can work on school work and improving marks in that area, or if students desire to cover concepts ahead of the school’s progression of concepts, I am able to meet that need as well.
