|| ENGLISH, HUMANITIES, SCIENCE & BIOLOGY || Hi! My name's Bella and I have 6 years of tutoring experience. I offer online tutoring as well as proofreading/draft feedback services for English, Humanities subjects (history, psychology, legal studies, sociology), Biology & more for just $70 per hour! I also frequently provide organisational support in managing workloads and staying on top of assessments across multiple different subjects, taking a holistic approach to tutoring which aims to support the student in all areas of schooling. -I hold a National Police Check and Working With Children Check- I have extensive tutoring experience working with students of a wide range of academic ability, from those looking for general improvement to those aiming for that perfect A+. I'm pretty friendly and always aim to create a supportive and judgement-free environment in my sessions whilst pushing you to achieve your maximum potential! I grew up on the Gold Coast and graduated from Southport State High School with an OP2 (ATAR equivalent of 98) in 2018. I achieved a VHA10 (top marks) in English, English Extension and Legal Studies and thus am well equipped to provide support for students in these areas. I then completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Griffith University in 2021, and am currently enrolled in the Doctor of Medicine at the University of Sydney (therefore happy to provide guidance on pathways if medicine is your goal). I have also sat the GAMSAT and scored a 69 overall, with a top percentile score of 83 in section 2 (essay writing). I'm available any time on weekends as well as weekdays after 5pm, so send me a message to schedule a time which works best for you. We can hold sessions online via video (using Microsoft Teams, Apple Facetime, Zoom, etc.) or over phone call. As a tutor, I help students to learn course content, understand and answer questions and exams, become more confident with subjects, understand and progress with assignments, and to learn even more about areas that interest them. I charge $70 per hour for standard tutoring sessions (focused on understanding course content), however I also provide proofreading services with detailed draft feedback for assignments at $60 per hour as well.
