Hi! My name is Hayley and I am a private English tutor. I have experience in: - teaching English as a second language - speech writing and presenting - essay writing - assessment submission - teaching grammar basics and language convention skills I have just graduated high school and am taking a gap year in 2024 before I continue my education with a double degree in Law/Arts. In year 12 I received first in my grade for English Extension 1, Geography and Drama. For the HSC I received a E4 for both English Extension 1 and English Extension 2. I have extensive experience helping students as they develop their public speaking and speech writing skills, having attended many camps and workshops as a trainer. As a private tutor, I provide individualised learning plans to help students improve their skills and confidence as English students. I provide regular updates to parents about the progress of their children. My teaching style revolves around building rapport and trust with students in order to encourage them to develop a passion for learning. This is achieved through dynamic lessons and activities.
