For English Advanced, I started Y12 T1 with a 28/40 and a ranking of 137 out of 206, thinking that my HSC journey was over before it had even started. However, my mentor helped me find an unknown passion for the subject, and before I knew it, I jumped from 137 to 37 in a single assessment! 37 became 24, and 24 then became 19.
