Hello, my name is Daniel. I am a 2023 HSC Graduate of The King's School Parramatta with excellent academic skills and knowledge pertaining to the most recent syllabus and am a current medicine student. Academic Scholarship of The King's School, Parramatta SAT Score of 1570/1600 (99.95 Equivalent as recognised by UAC [University Admissions Centre]) ATAR of 98.80 UCAT Score of 3190 (97th Percentile) Frequent receiver of ICAS High Distinctions; 1 Medal in Writing Consistent high achiever in Academics as recognised by School HSC Courses: English Advanced English Extension 1 Mathematics Advanced Mathematics Extension 1 Mathematics Extension 2 Physics Chemistry Chinese in Context I pride myself in my patience and ability to clearly convey the exact issues that are targeted in helping students learn; I believe it is never about simply solving the question, but rather understanding what the question requires from the student so that they may face a similar question in the future and be able to answer it with ease. This, ultimately, is the aim of tutoring; to help you familiarise and learn concepts left uncovered by school, and this is what I aim to do. I am comfortable with students of all levels, whether it is simply catching up to school content or extending oneself with harder questions that require synthesis of syllabus knowledge. I am offering tutoring for students of Middle-Senior High School Level (I.e. Y9-12), including those preparing to sit the HSC, or the SAT. I am also extremely well-versed in UCAT preparation having undergone intensive training and interview preparation and thus can offer much-needed help to those intending to pursue Medicine in university. I can offer tutoring for all subjects I have completed for the HSC and relevant information relating to the current syllabus for each; I am prepared with my own resources for each subject (Past Papers, Textbooks, worksheets), but students are more than welcome to bring their own, including resources from major tutoring colleges such as Dr Du Education, with which I am experienced. Each lesson will be structured around the questions or topic that the student has, which can be communicated to me beforehand such that I can prepare; this allows efficient use of class time for better engagement. I will be available in person only during weekends, but will be available online everyday from 4pm onwards. Exact timing can be further discussed through either my phone or email. I would personally prefer to meet at my location (Baulkham Hills) or Online, but am willing to travel locally if a suitable arrangement can be made.
