99+ ATAR | Ranked 1st Biology| Ranked 1st Legal Studies| Hi! I’m Mia, currently undertaking a Bachelor of Science and Law at the University of Sydney. I graduated as a HSC all-rounder in 2022, ranking 1st internally in 3 of my subjects. In Year 12 I realised that once I started to enjoy the process of learning and understanding, l was able to really boost my rankings, going from low average in Year 11 to 1st in three of my Year 12 subjects, and top 5 in others. To achieve a students’ academic potential, I hope to foster and unlock that same passion in my students, and I genuinely believe that any concept can become engaging once it is presented in a way that is digestible and tailored to the student. I help students keep up to date with their weekly revision, work through problems from school, enhance responses to ensure maximum marks, and overall build a crucially thorough understanding of the HSC syllabus. For younger high school years, I have a similar approach, making learning maths both interesting and fun, while revising problem areas and encouraging any questions! I primarily tutor HSC Biology, and spots are now available for the 23/24 year. I also offer tutoring in maths, having achieved a Band 6/ E4 for both advanced and extension. I offer tutoring in HSC Mathematics Advanced, as well as Year 7, 8, 9 and 10 Maths.
