💖ABOUT ME💖 My name is Loren Bambagiotti and I am a current university student in my 2nd year at Macquarie University doing a Bachelor of Applied Finance/Bachelor of Business Analytics. During my schooling years at Loreto Normanhurst graduating in 2023, I have been a high academic achiever placing within the Top 10 students of my year group from Year 7 to 12. In my HSC, I achieved a 95.95 ATAR, a Band 6 in Maths Advanced (95/100) and an E3 in Math Extension 1 (42/50) as well as made it on the Allrounders HSC list During the past year, I have had an 4 years experience in tutoring students in Maths from Year 7-Year 12 in both Standard, Advanced and Extension 1 as well as students in Primary school. I offer both online and in-person tutoring tailored to each student’s learning style. Most of my sessions are conducted via Zoom, where students actively participate by sharing and working through questions on their screen while receiving step-by-step guidance and support. This interactive approach helps students build confidence, improve problem-solving skills, and stay engaged throughout the lesson. Session Rates: Online Zoom tutoring: $65/hour In-person tutoring: $75/hour I am extremely passionate about Maths and helping students improve or reach their full potential. I am available to come to students' houses around the Northern Beaches area such as Curl Curl, Freshwater, Dee Why, Brookvale and Manly. ✨MY LESSON STYLE✨ My teaching style usually depends on a student's needs and goals, but I like to take step-by-step approaches to create strong foundational skills before moving on to harder concepts. Coming from a learner's perspective, I appreciate mixed visual and verbal teaching styles, which I aim to include in my teaching. In addition, I like to provide the student with any additional resources, quizzes and notes to help the student excel. I am also available 24/7 so students can contact me with questions or queries and I will get back to them ASAP with tips and tricks or help them improve. As part of the lesson, I give the students homework or a takeaway task so they can constantly be working or improving on the math work that they have learned during that session.
