Hi! I’m Kristy, and I recently graduated from Hornsby Girls High School in 2023. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology/Bachelor of Cognitive and Brain Sciences, looking to move into medicine after graduation. I have experience teaching students of all ages, thus am a perfect fit for you! I tutor junior mathematics and english, as well as NAPLAN. I can also tutor primary school OC and Selective, as I have tutoring experience both as a tutor and the student taking these exams. For years 11 and 12, I took subjects that I was unable to find effective tutors for; thus, I am hoping to help remedy this by offering tuition for the following senior subjects: Mathematics Standard Textiles and Design Personal Development, Health, and Physical Education Society and Culture This includes offering help for both major works in Textiles and Design and Society and Culture, helping students stay ahead so they can perform to a higher standard when it comes to exam time. It also includes keeping students on track and helping them to understand concepts in both maths and PDHPE, especially since PDHPE is an extremely content-heavy subject. My bright and fun personality and love for hardworking students allows me to structure my sessions well and thus, be productive and help students to learn a lot through teaching in an engaging manner. I typically teach at public libraries, however am happy to tutor online.
