I am highly experienced and trained in teaching Mathematics and students with learning difficulties. I have taught the Mathematics syllabus to students in Years 7 - 12 for 20 plus years however my particular interest is in helping those students who find learning Maths difficult. Many of my students have found the content difficult to process, to remember or to retrieve at the time of an assessment. I am skilled at breaking down the mathematical concepts. I am willing to approach problems multiple times and in multiple ways, until the student is confident and success is achieved.

Alanna Is an AMAZING tutor! For years I had struggled with maths and I was never able to understand it and work it out. Alanna is if not one of the few tutors/teachers I've had that helped me learn and strengthen my skills in maths. She has been amazing in explaining it in a way that makes sense and is so patient, encouraging and lovely. I highly recommend you consider Alanna as your tutor as she has been such a pleasure to go to and I so helpful in improving my skills and abilities in maths.

Alanna has been not only the best addition and help that I have ever had, but also the best teacher I’ve had the pleasure of being taught by. The structured lessons not only benefit the building of my understanding of complex formulas and ideas but also the enjoyment whilst doing it.
