>99 ATAR | Cambridge Law | Ascham School | Individualised resources Hi! My name is Roisin and I'm a 2023 graduate from Ascham School. I achieved a >99 ATAR and was accepted to read Law at Cambridge in October. I achieved the highest HSC mark for my school in English Advanced, 2nd in English Extension, 1st in Art, 2nd in Chinese Continuers and 1st in Chinese Extension with a state rank of 4th. I prepare individualised resources for all of my students including textual analysis, writing skills and structure, practice questions and sample essays, creative writing, discursives and reflections. I provide each of my students specific annotated feedback and would be happy to help with homework, assessments and preparing to excel in your exams. I aim to help all of my students develop confidence and strong writing and studying skills. HSC Subjects English Advanced English Extension Art Chinese Continuers Chinese Extension Maths Extension 1 Maths Extension 2 For years 7 to 10, I offer tutoring for all subjects with the exception of music and languages other than Chinese. I can assist you with homework, assessments as well as covering old or new content depending on your needs. I also aim to help students develop their study and writing skills. I have completed an AMEB certificate in Speech and drama, voice in communication with a High Distinction. At school I participated in debating, mock trial and have won the Model United Nations state championships twice. I can help you with all your assessments involving presentations, wiritng speeches and public speaking. In addition to having regular clients, I am happy to provide one-off emergency lessons to help you with assessments when you have limited time and are struggling. I can help you get back on track through this stressful time. Having been accepted into Cambridge University for law, I am also happy to share my experience of the application and interview process with you. My rates are $80 for year 11-12 students, and $70 for year 7-10 students. I offer a discount for lessons longer than one hour and am happy to negotiate rates if needed. Roisin has been an amazing tutor for our daughter in year 11 who was struggling in English. She has helped her to move from achieving C and B range responses, to A responses. Roisin is very kind and personable and is able to give very constructive feedback. My daughter now has a much idea about how to structure her essays and what needs to be included and is feeling more confident in herself.
