Hi! My name is Anshi and I am currently studying physiotherapy at UNSW. I graduated from Girraween High School with an ATAR of 97.95 and I am currently offering tutoring both face to face (at a local library) and online. In regards to my marks, I achieved Band 6's in: - Chemistry: 95 - Maths Extension 1: 93 - Maths Extension 2: 90 As for my teaching style, I am a very hands-on tutor who believes that application of concepts into different scenarios is far more important than memorising from a stack of notes. That being said, I will still supply thorough and high quality notes which will break down complex concepts into simpler portions, to ensure that the student gains a better understanding. however, my focus would be to provide ample practice questions and sample tests, to allow the student to apply learnt concepts into either the real world or unique situations. This will help develop a better understanding of different aspects of concepts as well as allow students to be more prepared for exams/assignments. My teaching style will vary according to the student as I understand that everyone learns in unique ways, however, the one thing constant, is the high quality of notes, resources and teaching provided to the student. I am also a very patient person who is willing to teach concepts numerous times, if requested by the student, as well as, answer any queries in a quick but thorough manner. I am confident that my teaching will allow students to excel in exams/assignments and succeed in school.
