Hi, My name is Ritika I am currently pursuing Bachelor of Commerce at UNSW. I completed the challenging international baccalaureate program in 2021. Having balanced many activities with the IB, I have developed a range of transferable skills, including communication, collaboration, and problem-solving along with valuable organisational and time management skills and study techniques, that can help you be more efficient. I can also help improve your assignments and exam preparation. I have experience working with high school students of all ages and abilities, and teach in a relatable, understandable and friendly manner that is adaptable to the individual needs of the student. HL business management was my top scoring subject in which I received a 7 for my final exam. Since I have completed the subject myself I believe I can quickly find relevant information and resources to help explain concepts and provide examples, making learning easier and more efficient for students. I can also adapt my teaching style to the student's learning style and pace, making the learning process more personalized and effective. Additionally, I have completed internships with 2 companies and I understand the specific knowledge and skill sets companies look for in potential employees which I reckon I can instill in the students I teach. Overall, my knowledge and versatility make me a good tutor for IB HL business management. I have a deep understanding of the syllabus and requirements and can provide the tricks and tips that will ensure your success in high school and improved results. I have a lot of resources like detailed annotated notes for every chapter in the business management textbook, additional practice questions, several past papers and a comprehensive guide on how to excel in Business IA's and EE's.
