Hi, I am Daniel! I graduated from Marist College North Shore in 2022 with an ATAR of 97.90. I am primarily offering tutoring to Year 11 and 12 Mathematics and Physics students, however, students in years 7-10 who are looking for Mathematics tutoring are also very welcome. I am currently in my third year studying a double degree of Actuarial Studies and Advanced Mathematics at UNSW. ***HSC Subject Results*** Mathematics Extension 1: 93/100 Mathematics Extension 2: 91/100 Physics: 90/100 English Advanced: 89/100 Economics: 87/100 Physics: 90/100 ***Location (negotiable)*** I am located on the lower north shore of Sydney, however, as I attend university in Kensington I am able to do F2F in other areas as well. I also offer online tutoring. ***How I teach*** My teaching style will heavily depend on the needs of the student, but as a basic understanding of my teaching style I believe that the most effective way to learn Mathematics and Physics concepts is by applying them to both textbook and exam style questions. I found this approach to be extremely beneficial for my learning in these areas, however, if this style is not suited for you I will modify my teaching approach to suit the student. I will also be available to contact outside of their lesson times to assist with any homework questions they need urgent help with. I will also try and make myself available during exam periods to accommodate for any extra help required. ***Fees*** I am offering the first lesson free to ensure that you feel like I am a good fit and to familiarise myself with the student. Years 7-10 Mathematics: $60/hr Year 11/12 (not including Ext2): $70/hr Year 12 Mathematics Extension 2: $80/hr I have a valid Working with Children Check and if you have any other queries feel free to ask.
